In order to become a trade member, please fill out the registration. Please note that this is not a retail website, retail sales of our ribbons can be made through our stockists. Please contact us here if you would like further information. I have registered but I did not receive a login. Once you have registered, our sales staff will process your request and contact you based on the information that was submitted where you will be given your login details. What is a 'Special Order Item'? A 'Special Order Item' is an indent item. Please allow for an extended deliver time of 7-14 days for these items. Please click here to visit our shipping details. If you would like further information, please contact us here. How do you read the item reference numbers? Our products are all organised into an matrix. For example: Reference: The reference is the parent of the matrix, this is the unique identification number given to each ribbon. Take note of the reference number. Length: This is the length of the ribbon roll in meters. Width: This is the width of the ribbon. Colour: This is the unique number allocated to the colour of each ribbon. The majority of the items use the parent item of the REFERENCE number and the LENGTH of the roll. (eg. 450-25m) These items will allow you to choose the width and colour options. However, some colours of items are set up on their own. (eg. 450-25m-10mm-10). These items will not have options.
