Should I sell by the metre or 60cm piece?
Either is fine.  Selling by 60cm pieces (ideal length for hair ribbon) makes it easier for parents because their daughters can use them immediately and there is no wastage from 1m.

Do you have a RRP?
We recommend that you make your price points simple for you, parents and students.  Keep to gold coin or note denominations.  You can make offers such as 1 (60cm piece) for $1, 2 for $2 or 6 for $5.  Many Spotlight stores stock a large range of Cherry ribbon and this may help as a retail price guideline.

Are Cherry Ribbons washable?
Yes. Cherry Satin, Taffeta, Gingham and St Malo Stripe are 100% Polyester and colour fast.  They will hold their colour when using these care instructions: wash 60C degrees, do not bleach, low iron 110C, dryclean P, do not tumble dry.

What’s the best method to measure ribbon?
Place a 60cm mark on the table with a bit of tape  and measure the ribbon to this point.   Or from the display box permanently hang one ribbon at the desired length (eg 60 cm) at all times to measure against.

How do I set up the display box?
Simply remove the 4 adhesive tabs in the corners, fold inward and press the corners to ensure it has adhered firmly.  Insert the ribbon rolls with the ribbon dangling over the front edge – it works best when full so rolls cannot fall over.  Close the lid and clip the magnetic tabs to the sides.  That’s it!

How do I clean the display box?
It is laminated with a protective coating so you can wipe it with a lightly damp cloth using common cleaning fluids.  Avoid wetting the box because it is made out of paper board and will be damaged when wet.
